Thank you for your interest in Dive-In Snorkeling. Please use the following steps below for a smooth and easy camp registration.

Prerequisites:

• All Children MUST wear water shoes
• Parents, apply SPF 30 or higher sunscreen a half hour before camp
• U.V. Protective Shirts are Recommended
• Ages 4 -14

Step 1: Download the Dive-In document below (PDF)

Step 2: Print all pages included in the document.
(Registration Form, Release Form and Covid Release)

Step 3: Complete the information required for ALL FORMS.

Step 4: Read and sign ALL FORMS

Step 5: Please pay and send forms

-If paying with Zelle use 561-319-1421 to pay, then email forms to to diveing7@gmail.com Please write child's name and dates in memo section of ZELLE.

-If paying by check, make check payable to "Terry Kimball" and mail with forms to address below.

Step 6: Show up on Monday the date you selected at 9AM at Coral Cove Park 19450 County HWY, Tequesta, Florida, 33469.

Important Note: Parents please pack a lunch AND water for Monday – Friday.
On Fridays we will have pizza, play games and win prizes!
